If a 10 star review was possible, I’d give Jason and the team a 10/10.After being let down by another company, I called Jason at Caloundra Van Lines, and immediately felt like I was dealing with someone who cared about his clients.Over the next few weeks we communicated re: the ideal date, packing, storage advice etc (I was in Melbourne and not at the property on The Sunshine Coast).We locked in a day, Jason dropped around on Easter Monday for a final visual check, and a couple of days later the packing began. The entire experience was professional, reassuring, and something I’d never expect to write in a review about removals… Fun and entertaining.Jason took any potential stress away from the experience with decades of experience and great banter.One week later everything was unloaded into storage in Melbourne (from the Sunshine Coast), and the boys did a side trip to drop off a couple of things to another location 15 minutes away at no extra charge.Cannot recommend Caloundra Van Lines enough. Fled Melbourne for Queensland in early 2021. Jason, Andy and the team at Caloundra Van Lines were so good. Decent prices, family-owned business, no shortcuts (everything wrapped and secured nicely!). If you're moving interstate then I'd highly recommend these guys.
