Caloundra Van Lines are awesome! Jason, Andy & the team are wonderful people to deal with. Right from the first contact to the unloading of the final box - the process was smooth, seamless, safe & efficient. They moved us from Queensland to Victoria without a hassle. If a 10 star review was possible, I’d give Jason and the team a 10/10.
After being let down by another company, I called Jason at Caloundra Van Lines, and immediately felt like I was dealing with someone who cared about his clients.
Over the next few weeks we communicated re: the ideal date, packing, storage advice etc (I was in Melbourne and not at the property on The Sunshine Coast).
We locked in a day, Jason dropped around on Easter Monday for a final visual check, and a couple of days later the packing began. The entire experience was professional, reassuring, and something I’d never expect to write in a review about removals… Fun and entertaining.
Jason took any potential stress away from the experience with decades of experience and great banter.
One week later everything was unloaded into storage in Melbourne (from the Sunshine Coast), and the boys did a side trip to drop off a couple of things to another location 15 minutes away at no extra charge.
Cannot recommend Caloundra Van Lines enough. Nearly 40 years worth of a house packed up and delivered as promised. Prompt responses via email or mobile, with an overall feel of ‘nothing is a bother, anything is possible’. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
